HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

Your Vomiting is because of Acute Gastritis due to excessive consumption of Alcohol .

The blood in the vomitus is due to mild injury to your food pipe due to repeated vomiting. The other possibility for blood in your vomit is due to Liver damage that might have happened due to alcohol intake .

My advise to you is go to ER get injection for Gastritis and Vomiting . Along with that you need to undergo Upper gastrointestinal Endoscopy to know the cause of blood in vomit.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
