What Causes Vomiting And Fever In An Infant?

Hello, my daughter is a week away from being a year old. On Monday she started throwing up, and then had a fever. She had a fever, and we took her in to the doctor. She said it was a viral infection, and to just wait it out. She was okay but tired for 2 days, now today she is just exhausted and has paler poop, and she was throwing up again, but she has no fever, not sure if we should take her to the ER, or if this is a common symptom of getting over a virus.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your daughter such symptoms in viral fever is common and this could be due to secondary infection but this is nothing to worry because this may not need any treatment and condition is self limiting hydration is the matter of concern only, if the symptoms long last then child need to be taken for investigations, hope this information helps, take care.
