What Causes Vomiting And Fever Inspite Of Giving Calpol And Lanzol In Children?

My daughter 8 yrs suffering from fever 102 to 103F , vomiting, pain in upper part middle abdomen since 13 days. Very much weak and dehydrated. Since two weeks on Calpol 250 mg 5ml every 6 hrs, junior lanzol 5ml three times before food, domstal every morning . There is no reduction of fever. Tolerating little food since three days, vomited only once last three days. Fever with chill continuing same. Please advice.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is already been 13 days gone for fever and now it is time to bring the condition for investigation and without this it is not advisable to treat the case on symptomatic level, it could be anything and certain infection need to be rule out, blood test need to be done with clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
