What Causes Vomiting And Headache With A Bowel Movement After Days Of Constipation?

I had a bout of constipation that lasted several days. When I finally had a bowel movement, I immediately began vomiting and had the worst headache pain I ve ever experienced. What could possibly cause this. I have migraines but this was twice as bad with the sudden onset and exploding sensation.

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms of headache and vomiting may not be due to constipation and bowel movement but it must be due to migraine attack only and in my opinion it needs to be managed with Tab Acetaminophen with Domperidone hope this information helps.
