i have been throwing up for two days not feeling good since last sat developed a headache wensday all the while feeling like i had a knot in my stomach so i checked my blood pressure and it was elevated 166/105 could i have had a stomach virus and that made my pressure to rise

Hi it may due to some food poison.or any some cause not like that of virus if ur not an hypertensive previous consult once physician had regular BP checkups if it BP is not under control had any anti hypertensive medicine correct the electrolyte imbalance u will be ok had an antacid tablet before breakfast
