When she has a bottle she may drink half a bottle and stop. took her to physician and was to take antibiotics buts we cant get the medicine down, She will spit it all out, try to get her to drink she refuses, but she has lots of salivia though. Her diaper changes are less than her average. Any Ideas?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If her diaper changes are less than normal and there is a history of vomiting and decreased oral intake, it may mean that she is dehydrated.

She may need to revisit her doctor for re assessment and possibly fluids.

It can sometimes be difficult to administer medication to young children, your doctor can also show the technique that can be used so that she can receive her meds.
The vomiting at bed time only may be reflux, in some persons this can present with symptoms in the evening or early morning.

Reflux medication can help if this is the case.

I hope this helps
