General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

After evaluation of your query, find my answer below. As per my long term surgical experience, the issue of vomiting in patient with feeding tube in form of JG, will be obstruction distal to the tube, fluid electrolyte imbalance or paralytic ileus most likely.

An X-ray of the abdomen in standing position serves best diagnostic tool in this instance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
