What Causes Vomiting And Nose Bleeds During Third Trimester Of Pregnancy?

I am 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant and today ive been throwing up everything i eat or drink and i even had nose bleeds every time i threw up and now i went to go pee and it was a dark orange colir it doesnt burn when i pee and i feel the baby moving alot is this bad?????
