What Causes Vomiting And Pain In Center Of Chest After An Injury?

I was involved in a car accident 3 weeks ago I am now being seen by an orthopedic dr and go to physical therapy I am 36 years old female and I weigh 240 but I today I started to have severe pain in my chest I have vomited twice and it hurts really bad after I swallow in the center of my chest
