What Causes Vomiting And Pressure Under The Ribs After Eating Heavily?

A week ago I ate way to much and ended up vomiting about four times. I feel pressure under my ribs on both side. My stumack feels pressure also. I could not burb for about three days. I felt like I could just about do it but couldn t. I have had trouble before with heavy constipation but this feels a little different. Ccant really afford to just go see a specialist I have since eaten a little each day but still feel the pressure. it may lighten up but seems to come back

Hi,

Stomach problems are common and mostly not serious. You may not need to see a specialist. I would suggest you should take some and acids like Gaviscon 3 times for a few days along with Lansoprazole once for 14 days.

Avoid spicy foods, cold drinks, heavy alcohol and smoking. Use more water, vegetables and fruits. Do not take too much food at one time. You may need to see your doc if it did not help.
