What Causes Vomiting And Sleepiness Post Injury To Head?

hi my 10 year old son tripped and hit his head on a brick at school on Thursday he was taken to the hospital via ambulance. I was told he was unconcious though im not sure for how long. he had xrays done of his collarbone and its not broken but quite swollen. he has been a bit tired but yestreday he fell asleep at a friends party and then fell asleep at 7.30pm last night and awoke this morning and was vomiting. should i be worrying??

In my opinion, analyzing his symptoms, he needs a CT scan of brain to rule out/confirm any internal bleeding of brain causing this type of pressure symptoms.
