What Causes Vomiting And Sore Legs In A Kid?

My 4yr old daughter has been vomitting for 2 days and is complaining of sore legs. She had been complaint of sore legs intermittently over a few weeks now which I thought was just growing pains but as she is now vomiting and complaining of sore legs I m worried there is more to it.

Hi,

Loss of fluid and electrolytes due to vomiting can cause dehydration, sore legs or leg pain and cramps. Oral rehydration solution, intravenous fluids and anti-emetic will be required to reduce the symptoms. Vitamin D and calcium deficiency can also cause such symptoms which should also be ruled out.
