Alcohol cause gastric mucosal irritation.So more acid secretion in stomach and hot sensation. Alcohol metabolites spread in blood and affects nerve endings and causes sensory discomfort which you feel as tingling.Enzymes which metabolize alcohol in body are different in capacity and characteristics in male and female as well as according to individual genetic make up.So due to your sensitivity of alcohol you are getting this symptoms.
