What Causes Vomiting And Vaginal Bleeding?

Hey I got my tubes cut n burnt two years ago , last cuple months I ve been feeling funny , waking up at five am throwing up, or waking up feeling sick , I ve been still getting my period but it last cuple days then it s gone , I ve been light bleeding here and there now , I m not sure why n I haven t took any pregnancy tests.
