What Causes Vomiting And Voice Hoarseness After Consuming Alcohol?

My son went to China with a group from Ohio State. He is also in the airforce. While abroad group was forced to have dinner with North Korean diplomats and to drink from a bottle so called liquor of some kind for seven nights (Now he has been experiencing vomiting and can not handle noise above a whisper.

well, certainly alcohol can cause inebriation, hangover, and increased susceptibility to noise/etc.
Of course bad wine with METHANOL can cause EYE DAMAGE and BLINDNESS. It is easily testable with simple labwork if it was taken a few hours ago (ACIDOSIS) or several hours if they directly test for methanol. It can cause liver, kidney and vision damage which can be tested for.
