What Causes Vomiting And Weakness?

i am writing for my son, age 55 who has been vomiting for 4 days, is weak and cannot get to see a dr. he went to the ER when this began, and was told he had pnuemonia, given an anti biotic and sent out. his Bp was 190 and was given BP meds. he is out of antibiotic . tryed to see a dr again, has no ins. and is unable to go to a hospital or dr because he is so sick. he lives alone in phoenix, and cannot work since a week or more ago. he is vomiting constantly if he eats. is weak.

Hello,

His infection might not resolved fully, so having constant vomiting. He need to investigate with full CBC and digital chest x ray.His Auscultation also should be done. He need to given antibiotic course according to culture report. For vomiting Ondensetron drug can be prescribed. Through vomiting he might lost electrolyte and so weakness present. For that ORS or vital Z like powder can be prescribed.
