What Causes Vomiting, Back Pain And Elevated RBC/WBC?
My Daughter was in Urgent Care yesterday. She was seen for Naseau, vomitting, Lower Back Pain, very overall fatigue in body. Low grade fever. Blood work was done. High White Cell Count, Elevated Red Cell Count, TSH Low. Today she is worse. Extreme Lower Back Pain, progress up back into neck. Fever 100.3 Vomitting.
Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. She may have some infection. It leads to high wbc count. It also leads to nause and vomiting. Vomiting leads to dehydration and increased rbc count. You should go for ultrasound abdomen. You need a course of antibiotics. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
