What Causes Vomiting, Bloating, Diarrhea With Pelvic, Uterus And Back Pain?

Hello, I am having extremely bad pelvic pains, my uterus is hurting, my lower back hurts as well on and off, and i have a missed period that is about a week late. I'm also experiencing tender breast, bloating, diarrhea. and vomiting/ the urge to vomit. I have taken three home pregnancy tests that came back negative, and i do have cysts on my ovaries. i don't think I'm pregnant however, i do not know what is going on. Any help?
