What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea And Stomach Ache?
hi i had vomiting loosemotions and stomach ache last week which was caused due to outside food. I took taxim oz for 5 days. although stomach pain is not there but there is huge discomfort in the gut and stomach seems like stomach is producing too much gas which is causing discomfort. Pls suggest if nutrolin b is suitable or suggest something suitable

You have develop gastroenteritis that cause vomiting, diarrhea, stomach ache.
Take following advises:
Tablet dicylcomine
Tablet gas-x
Tablet pantoprazole and domperidone
Take light diet like banana, rice, applesauce and toast
Drink plenty of water
