Hi i did review your concern.
your symptoms are indicative of acute food poisoning possibly due to staphylococcus toxin contaminated in some food you ate before 5-6 hours.
There is no need to use any antibiotic. Best is to keep your fluids and salt and sugar levels high,
I would recommend you to take 200 ml water and add 1 pinch of salt in it and 1 tablespoon of sugar and half lemon and drink it slowly.
This is a homemade Oral rehydration syrup solution and it helps keep you hydrated.
You can also take domperidone tablet to stop vomiting.
The attack will subside in some time. If it still does not stop after 5 -6 hours or you notice any blood in stool or crampy abdominal pain and high grade fever I would recommend you go see a doctor.
I hope this helps
Wish you all the best
