What Causes Vomiting, Fever And Night Sweats Along With Hair Fall?

What would cause vomiting,fever, night sweats, diarrhea, loss of hair, brown spots on chest/shoulder skin? The symptoms have been occurring for six months. Sometimes no symptoms for a week or so and then all of this happens again, blood , urine checked and found normal..colonoscopy completed no issues there..very frustrated

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could have been due to some viral infection but it may not happens on and often so this could be some allergic disorders here some systemic disease need to be ruled out like endocrine dysfunction may be due to age and gender which is not given here, hope this information, take care and have a nice day.
