What Causes Vomiting Followed By Diarrhoea And Hot Flushes?

I had a funny feeling in my tummy went use bathroom and all of a sudden I felt this strong feeling to vomit and my whole body went numb as I sat and I had no control over my body I felt like passing out was on fire and the cold water my husband put on me felt hot he picked me up and sat me in the tub with cold water on me and put my head between my legs I started to feel better then I had extreme diarrhea what do you think this was
