General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

1. Is there any history of alcohol drinking that day?
2. That day, what she has eaten before coming home?
3. Has she eaten any wheat product?
4. Was the vomit sour?
5. What medications she is on?

Is still she feels vomiting? or just very weak? Give her fluid including soup, fruit juice, sugar water, glucose, etc.

Give her plenty of water. Maybe she does not like to drink but make her understand that she needs it, her body needs it.

Too much vomiting can take Ondansetron once. Light diet without wheat products is recommended.

Rest and sleep are suggested. Proper treatment with medication for anxiety, depression is also suggested. Proper diet for Celiac disease is also suggested.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
