What Causes Vomiting In A Baby After Taking Primaquine Phosphate 7.5 Mg?

My daughter is 4y8m old,she has recently suffered from the p vivax malaria,and completed course of cloroquine phosphate 50 ml and next to then primaquine phosphate 7.5mg for 05 days/tab and continuing folvite-5 for 15 days.
Now for last 03 days she sufferes from vomiting tendenecy
She is now taking one engymes and sucrafalte+domperidone syrup
please help me about her such situation
