What Causes Vomiting In A Baby?

Hi there, my 11 month old baby just thew up all the baby food she had about 20 minutes earlier PLUS a few white lumps that I looked like unmelted mozzarella cheese! I can only presume it was milk curd as she didn t have any cheese! some lumps were quite big, she was unsettled for a couple of nights and days now, hardly sleeping at all, what could this be?? she can t yet cope with finger food well, keeps gagging and vomiting, so drinks milk and eats loads of blended food. I have started mixing her formula with cow s milk for the last couple of days, to prepare her to switch soon, she will be 1 on the 3rd of July. Any advice, help, answers would be much appreciated

Hello,

The white substance.on the baby vomit can be only milk and it get like this when in contact with stomach fluids. You have to introduce new food slowly making sure that she is chopping well the solids. Have large amount and not well chopped can make her be uncomfortable and vomit.
