What Causes Vomiting In A Toddler After Drinking Milk?

Hi. I have a three-year-old baby. Sometimes he throws up his entire bottle shortly after feeding. This doesn t happen consistently however, I am noticing that he appears quite lethargic after each feeding. What do you think may be the problem? I need your suggstion to solve it. Thanks
