General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understand your concern. Mifeprin is used to terminate pregnancy , vomiting/ lower abdominal cramps are known side effects of the drug. Let her take anti emetic drug over the counter to control vomiting . pain she has to bear. Sleeping over abdomen will reduce it to some extent. no massage or fomentation please. Actually the drug should be taken under guidance of a gynecologist. any exaggerated symptom needs consultation of a gynecologist. thanks.
