What Causes Vomiting, Nausea After Having Unprotected Sex Followed By Unwanted 72?

Hi,
Me and my girlfriend had sex without protection on 28 feb, friday night following which she took unwanted 72 pill saturday evening. After that she is having feeling of nausea and has also vomited a few times.
She said that she was expecting some bleeding to occur which has not happened till now which had made her suspect of pregnancy. Her regular period date is 8 March. Should we go for pregnancy test and will it reveal her being pregnant.
Please suggest is there something to worry about

Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Unwanted 72 is a powerful drug and they by themself cause vomiting and nausea.

2) Please get serum beta hCG to rule out pregnancy

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol
