What Causes Vomiting, Nausea, Headache, Fever And Sore Throat?

Hi my 14 year old son started vomiting around 1a.m. he vomited a total of 3 times by 5:30a.m. Since then he s felt nauseous headache belly pain as well as a bit of a sore throat. I just checked his temperature with digital thermometer under his tongue and it s 101.4 He s also saying he feels cold. Could this just be a stomach virus or should I have him checked? What is considered to high a fever for his age?

I really appreciate your concern, viral fever is very likely and condition need to be kept under watch, some time this could be bacterial infection if this is so then it may need blood test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
