What Causes Vomiting Out Food After Eating?
Dear Docs,
my wife has been having this strange gastric problem ever since she got pregnant 5yrs ago. we have a 5 yr old son now. she's been vomiting out almost any food. spicy food (even a little bit of red chilli, she does well with black pepper though) any dairy product, any citric fruit, gluten stuff like chapatis or bread, fish, mutton, many veg expecially green leafy ones etc. She safely eats rice, non fried chicken, very few veg like bottle gourd, ridge gourd, potato n zucchini. we've done various tests of blood plus endoscopy, CT & MRI scans but nothing is evident. everything is clear! they say its in the mind!! my wife and I don't agree to this. please advise & help us out.

It is possible that her symptoms may be related to gastroesophageal reflux.
This can be associated with vomiting. Reflux is worsened with spicy, citrus or fried foods.
She can consider reflux medication to see if one of them may help her.
Examples are omeprazole, pantoprazole, lansoprazole, esomeprazole
A prescription may be needed but you can ask at your local pharmacy.
