What Causes Vomiting Sensation After Taking Pyzina?

My wife is diagnosed as TB and started taking Rcinex, Combutol, Pyzina in the morning in empty stomach. The doctor has prescribed these medicines step wise. When she had started Pyzine, she feels discomfort and feeling vomiting. Is this Pyzine making some reaction with the other two medicines. What should we do.

Hi,

* Pyzina is not making interaction with other drugs, but it is giving her gastritis or duodenitis with or without an ulcer.
* Have to continue the medicine without failure along with

- Prescription of antiemetic as ondansetron and PPI as pantoprazole to control the vomiting sensation part.
