What Causes Vomiting Sensation Leading To Lack Of Appetite?

hi a friend of mine hasn t eaten anyting in the past 36 hours and if he eat anything he says that he feels like hes going to throw up. hes also breaking into cold sweats. he keeps forcing himself to drink water. he is also having a problem controlling his adrenelline, so hes shking uncontrollably. what should I tell him to do?

Hi.
Noted the history related to your friend having all the problems related to inability to eat, nausea, cold sweats, shaking.
These are indicative of gastroenteritis with septicemia and bacterimia.
I would advise you to take him to the ER ASAP for clinical evaluation, investigations and proper treatment to be instituted immediately as he is suffering for the last 36 hours, a long time to have dehydration and other possible complications.
