Hi

Feeling nauseous or vomiting is the symptom of underlying illness

It may be gastric, small intestine, large intestine issues or metabolic disorders like hepatic(liver), Gall bladder or it may even neurological causes

suggest you can take a centrally acting anti emitic like Ondansetron half an hour before the food and take something light and avoid baked foods/pizzas/burgers for time being

Cereal based food is recommended and try to eat in limited intervals

Do regular exercise/meditation for atleast 45 minutes which will help in digestion and managing stress

If still could not get the relief than suggest to see a gastroenterologist

Wish You Good Health
