What Causes Vomiting, Stomach Pain And Abnormal Stool After A Flight In A Child For Three Days?

Hello Doctor, we travelled from India to Germany and i usually give ondem syrup to my kid 5 yeras old as she vomits while landing. I gave her ondem and she slept in the flight. Later she poo 3 times and complained stomach pain and while landin vomited once. For stomach pain i gave meftal syrup. Still 3 daysover and her stool are not normal. It is yellow and white in color and she is not showing interest in food. Kindly help me here what is the problem.
