What Causes Vomiting Up Of Blood After Consuming Harpic?

I drank harpic 40-50 ml on 9th October. I vomit after almost 25-30 ml of harpic. I also vomit blood largely then frequently and on my first blood vomit I vomit some muscles like 1cm of small egg. I was taken hospital that day. The Dr. Has treat me and discharge me on 16th October. They give me some medicine and advise take liquid food plus solid food without oil, spices and junk food. The main problem is that when my treatment under continue I have not pass any stool, as I undergo on liquid diet milk and water. Now when I was going to toilate my stool is very hard and dry and black in color. I feel pain in my upper lower part of anus on 1st time toilate going after my treatment. On second day the stool is harder for dome time after that the stool is normal, but some bleeding during stool pass. I wanted to know that is there any problem in my large or small intenstine or some other problems due to harpic drink. Please suggest some medicine or treatment and how to diagnose the problem.
