Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Regurgitation of breast milk is quite common among infants and it will settle with burping. Nothing much to worry as some amount of reflux is normal in breast fed infants. Do not give grape water or any other home remedies to infants below six months of age, it can actually worsen the problems and can also leads to unwanted complications. If the child unable to drink milk or weight gain is inadequate you have to consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
