What Causes Vomiting Up Of Yellow Bile While On Methadone?

I have been taking methadone for a little over a year now and i was wondering can skipping one day cause you to throw up this yellow bile looking stuff? I m on 120mg a day and if I can t afford a day and have to skip I am so sick and puking its unbearable

First of all, you should have told me why you have been advised to take methadone.

I would also like to question: Do you have an addiction to any kind of drug?

Just skipping one day may not lead to yellow vomiting, but, due to the high dose or due to your intolerance towards this dosage may lead to vomiting. But there is also a need to understand why yellow bile?

Do not worry, I suggest you decrease the methadone dosage, given that, the consulting physician should be informed. I would also like to have some tests:

1. Liver Function Test
2. Complete Blood Count.

With the test results, you can post another question. Please try to decrease the methadone dosage, for that, you have to consult your physician.
