What Causes Vomiting Up Of Yellow Bitter Bile?
I am a 29 year old male. Working a steady dayshift job. I wake up in the morning and I vomit a yellow bitter bile. It only happens during the week. Never on days I don t work. It used to be very seldom but the last 2 weeks it has happened every morning.

Most often this is a gastric reflux problem that can be treated with Prilosec or Nexium.
But it could be an indication of gall bladder disease or a peptic ulcer, so I suggest you see your doctor for an exam, ct scan of the abdomen and, if warranted, upper endocscopy
