What Causes Vomiting,lack Of Appetite And Dizziness In Children?
15 year old grand daughter l came home from school yesterday after vomiting at school, no appetite, lightheaded. Slept most of the afternoon. Bed by ten without eating even thin soup. (Note has already had her appendix removed at early age.)Today resting in bed with no tv and doing nothing, not normal for her. Drank some water, no food yet today. Brought her some gatorade and crackers, but took no interest in either. Able to talk to me but somewhat listless. Walked to bathroom and back unaided. Now she has been sound asleep for about an hour. Any suggestions?

It may b post operative. I may sugest u vitamin supplemnts, lysin n vitamin b complex , metochlopromide syp. Take gud diet , juices. Milk. Fruits
