What Causes Vulvar Pain During Menstruation?

I have right sided vulvular varices. My MRI showed I have left ovarian vein reflux. No obvious pelvic pain now, just back pain from standing too long and some vulvular pain during my menstruation. I would like to have a third child but the vulvular varices was so painful. Do you reccommend an ovarian embolization before my next child or after pregnacy. I heard this procedure will help with vulvular varices. I don't understand why my symtoms are on my right side if I have left ovarian vein reflux.
