What Causes Warm And Discomfort Feeling In Vagina After Having Sex?

Hi - i had sex last Friday with someone i didn t know and he was rathe large and I ve been having a warm and not pain but discomfort feeling vaginally. I did got to the doctor for tests and he did say that I looked fine. I;m still worried why am I still feeling discomfort.
