General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the vertigo, may be due to the hypertension, diabetes, anemia, infection of the internal ear, vision disturbance, cervical spondylosis,or ischemia of the brain etc.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis and treatment .
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,to have good health, recovery, and resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
