What Causes Warm Milky Discharge After Periods?

I started my cycle on the 22nd of may and it ended on the 28th I noticed a couple of days later that I had a warm milky discharge (felt like I was still on my period) only now its been a lil over a week and I still have this discharge with a slight odor I was thinking maybe its a bacteria infection is it possible it could be something worse
