What Causes Warm Scalp During Stress?

Hi, I am using Ginet 84 for about 12 months. After the recent earthquakes and added stress I have been having a very warm scalp area espesially on the left, top side of my head. I am very worried about this and I am trying to gain as much information as possible. Is there any corrilation, I don't feel so great taking the pill as I have also seen other changes in my body and mood. Thank you
