What Causes Warm Sensation On The Penis?

the head of my penis has been feeling warm from time to time the past few days. I m 59 years old, no sex in the past 6 years, fairly good health taking blood pressure meds and fish oil in the morning. the head will feel warm from the inside, not to the touch. no pain at all including during urination. Doesn t hurt, just weird.

There is a few blood pressure medications which can cause erection ( even Viagra was initially used as Blood pressure Medicine ).

I no pain, no need to worry, if you are concerned you can go for a doppler study.
