What Causes Warm Sensation Radiating From Chest To Rest Of The Body?

i feel heat radiating out from my chest to the rest of my body, but, i only feel it internally. My skin almost feels a few degrees lower than how my insides feel. I don't have a fever but i have had a cough for the last 2 weeks could it be a viral infection?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that it is a viral infection if you do not have any other sources of repeated coughing such as allergies or asthma.

The use of cough and cold medication, which are available over the counter would help.
Paracetamol can be used to help with any discomfort you may be experiencing.

I hope this helps

General & Family Physician Dr. B M Gupta's  Response
Cough for 2 weeks
-May be viral
-if this type of patient comes to me I would ask
-Is cough with expectorant (SPUTUM)
-Color of sputum-white or yellow
-Yellow sputum indicate bacterial infection
-Your doctor would advise antibiotic
-Mean while you can take tab. brufen
Thanks
