What Causes Warming Sensation From Chest To Fingers, Head And Toes?

yesterday I had a total flushed or warming sensation starting in my chest and traveling slowly to my fingers, head and tips of my toes. I felt nauseated and like I was going to have a BM and an impending feeling of doom. It went on for about 20 hrs. at least once an hr. I am a 60 yr old female.

Hi. I can understand your concern.
Ideally ecg and 2d echo should be done first in your case. If both are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases. or it could be a anaphylactic reaction . SO it would be advisable to consult a doctor at the earliest.
