My body has really been warm for quite sometime now, which is usually on and off. It is intense during the evenings and at times I hardly sleep at night. It has been keeping me so worried. Can someone give me a clue on what it is and what to do? Thanks Ed

The warmness is a normal body reaction to maintain body temprature in cold weather or reaction to combat infection.It can also be due to hormonal imbalance ( thyroid ) hot flushes in women in menopausal age is common Please get your complete blood count done to rule out any infection in body.Also thyroid function test for hormonal imbalance. * Consult your doctor for managing any abnormality found. * avoid exposure to cold. * you can take coconut water to combat the warmth.
