What Causes Warmth Between The Thighs Causes Uncomfortable While Sleeping?

When I try to sleep I get this continuous warmth in my thighs and only my thighs it s is not painful but is very uncomfortable and so it keeps me awake because there is no way for me to cool them down without freezing my feet and calfs any ideas of why this is or what to do to stop it?

Hi,

I would suggest you to check your body temperature. Excess friction between thigh due to fat can cause warmth. Inspect for any swelling or lumps,rashes around the area. Blood sugar levels should be checked. Cellulitis or infections should be ruled out. Adequately hydrate your body. Wear breathable fabrics like cotton.
