What Causes Warmth In The Head Of A Child?

Hello! Thank you for this forum! I would like to know what causes a child to have his head hotter than his body. My little one seems to have a fever but when I checked it s normal.. but he seems hotter to me. He has like broken vessels on his cheeks that I need to get checked. Thank you!

consult paediatrician for local examination. it appears to be normal. if there is no signs and symptom then no treatment is requered.
